Condolences

Condolence From: Tanya DeGroot & David Wilkinson
Condolence: Dear Jacquie and family
You are all in our hearts and in our prayers. The struggle to move on without the love of your life, father and Papa is something that only God can carry you through. Find rest in Him and He will carry you through this difficult time. Jacquie, you and Rick enabled our family to experience that a campground is the best place to spend time with family. Dave's idea of camping was the Hilton and your amazing kindness, comfortable trailer and outstanding service, helped us bridge my desire for exposing our children to camping and Dave's for comfort.... and Dave loved it as much as the kids and I did. We have so many great memories of MacGregor Point because of the kindness of you and Rick. Now that our kids are older, their favourite place to camp with friends is still MacGregor Point. Renting out your trailers enable so many families to enjoy Rick's love of camping and all his suggestions that made so many memories.

Rick will be greatly missed and has joined the Angels to watch over you every day.

Condolence: Jacqueline and family,
I am very sad. I worked with Rick at Golden Ontario in Mount forest for several years and our friendship continued after that. Rick has always been a caring co-worker, a responsible employee and a passionate person. My deepest sympathy going out to you and the grandchildren .

Condolence: Things Rick taught me....

- everyone has a story - take the time to listen
- don't tolerate egos or bullies
- there is always a better way to do something
- most mechanical problems can be avoided or corrected using Fluid Film
- the hotter the hot sauce the better
- the proper term for moving at a high rate of speed is "HOOFENNERR"
- various length bungee cords are different colours for a reason
- a campground is the best place to spend time with your family
- pay attention to the little things, they are big things
- appreciate serendipity
- be proud of your family
and.....time is fleeting.

Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy going out to Rick's family. I worked with Rick at Exceldor and he loved to talk about his family, especially his grandchildren. He was so looking forward to taking them out east this summer and planning a trip to Ireland next year with his wife. It's so sad he was taken from you all way to soon.

Condolence: Dear Jacquie and family, I spent 10 years with Rick in school in Ripley and have only fond memories. He was a character and we always had a good laugh. I can't imagine how much he will be missed be his family. You will have wonderful memories to share in the days and weeks to come. Helen
