Obituary for Terry Newman

Terry  Newman
Terry Newman ~ Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Terrance 'Terry' Newman of Gowanstown passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in his 68th year.

Husband of Kathy (Yungblut) Newman, and father of Amy Newman.

Brother of Byrnel and Marilyn Newman of Harriston, Burt Newman and Kelly McAndrew of Calgary, and Murray and Debbie Newman of Kitchener.

Brother-in-law of Carol and Paul Long of Gowanstown, Don and Nancy Yungblut of Port Elgin, Susan and Al Weyers of Atwood, and Patti and Dave Rogerson of Alma.

Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by parents Harold and Doris (Burt) Newman.


Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston, on Saturday, November 10th at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Ralph Dwarika officiating.

Interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Wallace Township.

Memorial donations to Listowel Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Wallace Township, would be appreciated.
