Glenn Tomlin of Harriston – passed away at Palmerston & District Hospital on Thursday, August 20, 2015 in his 92nd year.

William Glenn Tomlin was the husband of Ilene (Stewart) Tomlin for 65 years, and father of Marty and Lois Tomlin of Arthur, Glenna and Ron Hibberd of Mildmay, Naydene and David Gibson of Sherwood Park, AB., and Debbie Tomlin and Ron Burbidge of Lefroy.

Remembered by his grandchildren Tammy Campbell and Brad Allen, Glen Tomlin, Chad Tomlin, Angee Robert and Steve Henry, Martin and Michelle Hibberd, Chris Tomlin, Carrie Tomlin and Neal Amaral, David and Robin Gibson, Steven and Justine Gibson, Kathy Gibson, Andrea and Shawn Hudson, and Bill and Melissa Burbidge, by 21 great-grandchildren and by his sister Shirley McGowan of Durham.

He was predeceased by his son Jim Tomlin, brothers Ross Tomlin, Edward ‘Ted’ Tomlin and John ‘Jack’ Tomlin, half-sisters Olive Davies and Annie Wright, and by his half-brother George Tomlin.

A Legion memorial service will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Saturday, August 22nd at 12:00 noon. Visitation will follow from 12:15 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Peter Baldwin officiating.

Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
