Obituary for Dorothy Weston
Dorothy Marie Audry Weston of Harriston passed away suddenly at Palmerston Hospital on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the age of 73.
Dot will be sadly missed by her children Noel Bastarache, Gary and Nancy Bastarache, and Shaun Bastarache, all of Moncton, N.B., and Nicole Bastarache and Bill Chambers of Dundalk. Beloved grandmother of Justin and Charmayne, Jasmine and Mike, Dynika, Samantha and Jacob, Brandon, Cheyanne, Aveneh and David, & Destiny. She also leaves behind 5 great-grandchildren Logan, Owen, Bennett, Emrik & Huntleigh
Survived by her 10 siblings. Frances (Ernest) Babineau, Diane Weston, Arlena Sanger, Harry Weston, David (Patti) Weston, Elvan (Rita) Weston, Lorraine Weston, Kenneth Weston, Lloyd (Ginny) Weston & Leonard (Joni) Weston. Predeceased by her parents Paul & Elva (Caissie) Weston.
Dot loved her little dogs, Petunia, Princess & Baby. She treated them as if they were her kids. Took them everywhere with her & loved to dress them up. She loved going for drives. It didn't matter where, as long as she was driving. She was also a huge Elvis fan. Dot actually got to go to Graceland earlier this year and absolutely loved it. She also loved knitting & most recently got into doing puzzles. She also loved going home to New Brunswick.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
