Obituary for Paul Murphy
Paul Franklin Murphy passed away at his home in Harriston on Saturday, January 21, 2023, in his 68th year.
Husband of Doris (Rill) Murphy.
Father of Christa & Mark Yolkowski, Lindsay & Vince Vommaro, Nicole Murphy & Justin Stewart, and Blake & Riley Murphy.
Grandfather of Hudson Yolkowski, Everley Yolkowski, Elliot Vommaro, Aiden Vommaro, Annabelle Stewart and Levi Murphy.
Son of Des (McGuire) Murphy & the late Roy Murphy. Brother of Elaine & Murray Ross of Toronto, and Uncle of Erin Liapis & Mark Ross.
Paul enjoyed spending time at the cottage with his family, alongside golfing and fishing, and going on adventures on the ATV. Always working 24/7, Paul worked six days a week, and still made time making memories with his family and friends. Anyone who knew Paul, experienced his heart of gold, as he took care of all he loved. He will be dearly missed by all.
The funeral service will be held at Harriston United Church on Saturday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
A Drop-in Celebration of Life will follow at the Harriston Legion beginning at 12:00 Noon until 3:00 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Palmerston & District Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
