Obituary for Reinhard Lange
Reinhard Lange passed away peacefully at his home in Clifford on Sunday, March 21, 2021, in his 91st year.
Beloved husband of Carol (Kaufman) Lange for 61 years.
Loving father of David & Leeanne Lange of Shelburne, Dennis & Ann Lange of Mildmay, and Larry Lange and Carola of Port Elgin.
Proud grandpa of Cherise & Dan MacKinnon, David Jr. & Jessica Haldenby, Jennifer Lange, Joshua Lange, Brody Lange, Amy Lange, and Stacey & Donald Wilson, and great-grandpa of Makenna, Aliyson, and Leah Haldenby, and Aiden and Lucas MacKinnon.
Brother of Stella Kohle, Alma Stephan, Herta & Eldor Hoffrichter, and Hedwig & Rudi Staas, brother-in-law of Bruce & Sharon Kaufman, and remembered by his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his sisters Leokadia Lange, and Irma Wozniak, and brothers-in-law Fritz Kohle, and Gerhard Stephan.
Reinhard will be forever and fondly remembered in our hearts as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed the company of others, had a great sense of humour, and brought smiles to everyone around him.
Reinhard’s family is thankful for the wonderful daily care he was able to receive at home due to the hard work and support of all of the Homecare Workers.
A private family funeral service will be held at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifford on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jody Rinas officiating.
